My Warranty
All my jewelry is guaranteed to be handcrafted including individual parts or findings that contribute to the final design. The Commissioned Artisan Jewelry is also guaranteed to be a one of a kind design, or similar to any original previous jewelry designed by me. None of my jewelry is ever copied from another artist or manufacturer.
Materials Full Disclosure
- Each artisan jewelry piece is described in detail in my gallery and Etsy shops or wherever you may purchase them. I fully disclose the metals, gemstones, and any other materials used in the design and fabrication.
Adjustments
- Occasionally, you may find that your jewelry piece needs a minor adjustment such as necklace length. I am happy to make a minor adjustment to your piece free of charge. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your parcel to discuss your needs.
Repairs
- If you accidentally damage your jewelry, I do offer repair services. Please see my Jewelry Repair Policy.
Refunds
- My jewelry is also guaranteed to be free of defect. If you wish to return the jewelry for any reason you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the package. The following terms and conditions apply for a refund on all jewelry:
- You must request a refund in writing via email within 7 days of receipt of your parcel or package and include a reason why you wish to return your jewelry.
- The jewelry must not have been worn. This includes pins, earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, or any other commissioned item.
- Abused or accidentally damaged items either to the finish or the structure are not covered under this warranty.
- If your request for a refund is determined to be justified, a refund of the total price (minus the non-refundable 50% deposit for commissioned pieces and or plus shipping) will be credited to your PayPal or Credit Card on receipt of the returned items. I do not accept COD returns.
- Jewelry must be returned in its original package along with its original invoice.
- Please allow up to two weeks to process your return.
