Oops, I Broke It!
- It happens… sometimes an accident or unfortunate incident will occur and you break your jewelry. I will be happy to repair the piece, if possible. Please keep in mind that my techniques involve a crafting process that interlocks many pieces, and must be assembled in an order. Sometimes, a repair will not be possible or a repair can be done, but it will alter the appearance of the jewelry to some degree.
- If you would like your jewelry repaired, please follow these steps:
- Complete the form below.
- Please include a photo of the broken jewelry piece.
- I will give you an estimate and Terms Of Repair cost. If the piece can not be repaired, I will also inform you of that as well.
- I will review your request and then email you a Terms of Repair agreement form.
- If you agree to the Terms of Repair, then please package the jewelry in it’s original box and send the insured piece to me. Allow 2-4 weeks for the repair to be completed.
- Do NOT send me the jewelry piece without emailing me this form first.
Please note: I only repair my own jewelry designs that you have purchased.
